high carb meals

Can somebody help me out with a few high carb meals to take with my ap and pslin.i got the idea pretty much i just want a few examples from other people.thank

Well...there are 2 that I consistently do. I mix 60-100g of oats with a serving, or maybe 1.5 servings of wpi and then add a small amount of water & slowly eat it like normal porridge...quite yummy!

Also, you could have 80g of basmiati rice with chicken breast...once again, quite nice!

When it comes to pre workouts, I normally have an energy drink, full of taurine & caffeine, that'll give me bigger workout blast!

1 cup of Quinoa has 117g of carbs.. perfect for AP or PSlin and it is low GI and has lots of fiber..10g per cup.

Personally, 150g Basmati Rice, 200-300g Chicken and a curry sauce of your choosing. Alternatively you can do 150g Pasta Quills (or whatever type of pasta) with 200-300g Pork/Beef and the pasta sauce of your choosing. If time is an issue then oats, whey and milk goes down nicely.

I could, my appetite is ridiculous.

My last venture to my hometown ended up in me eating a party platter intended for five people on a bet.
