AP 4 times daily?

the pump, size, strength increases have eased considerably over the last 2 weeks on ap. the first week was nothing short of amazing; i had to double-check the bottle lol .

i've been dosing 3x daily, as recommended. i'm 240 lbs. should i up the dosage?

You may experience Anabolic Dumps if you up the dosage. That's just word on the street.

You can increase to 4 caps but do not "think" becauce the pump has subsided that AP is not directing glycogen directly to muscle cells.

You will find the the Muscle fullness is like a seasaw. A few days you feel normal and then bang the next few days are amazing.

That is exactly how I have noticed the effects, some days not much, but others, WOW!

I did not notice a greater effect with 4 caps compared to 3, but since your quite a bit hevier than me you can give 4 a try and see if you like that better. Report back.

By all means go up to 4 caps a day, when i eat higher carbs i do 4 day and love it.

That's absolutely insane. I'm around 200lbs and make fast gains with 4.5k calories. But my BF% is probably nowhere near as low as his.

okay then... i'll finish off my bottle at 4 ed.

i did experience the yo-yo pump you guys were referring to. i seemed flat a copule of days, then EXTREMELY full the next.

bizarre...

also, i seem to do better with a good serving of oats after each dosage, as opposed to other complex carbs.

what strategic said is why...It's about sustained energy but you can use any complex carb source with a low insulin index.
