hi guys, happy new year! I've taken ap since yesterday. And this is the first time I try ap. Just wanna ask, let say I don't feel any diff. and I quite positive about this product, when should I fell any different? my diet is quite checked (done research in this forum about the diet)
anybody could help sharing your exp.?? (I ask for you who don't "fell" from first dosage) thanks.
 
I've seen this question quite often, but what are you looking to feel? You may not 'feel' anything throughout the course of the product, but lean out, or notice your muscle bellies very much fuller, or possibly a combination of both. As well, these effects may not manifest themselves for up to a week. Have patience. :D

you started yesterday so give it atleast 7 days to fill up the muscles.
 
ok2.. so wait about 7days? I'm sorry if my question is "boring".. haha. I've seen at another thread, peoples say they feel it working since very first dose, and I just wanna know what they're feeling, thats all. about 8 months ago, I've give up on supp. Try bunch of crappp (mostly bsn and others too), until I see this supp. and found this amazing forum. So, I just wanna fell it working. :D
 
You may not feel it, perse. I think the important things to watch out for are fat loss, muscle fullness, increased strength and increased endurance.
 
guys!! help, I can't stop farting! any explanation?? used it for 4 days now.. this is mean, I have to discontinue??
 
first, I think this farting will go away within a couples of hours, but it last for about 20 hours until now..

Give i a week or so, i noticed the effects within the first day but everyone is different, i also feel hypo if i don't eat enough carbs but everyone is different. Some don't get the hypo feeling they just find that they can eat way more carbs then usual while saying lean, so just give it time.
 
my first week using AP.. So far, not many to tell.. for hypo, If I don't eat more than 55gram carbs (only from oat),I get hypo.. I don't feel it for <60gram.. For me, it's a lot of oat.. So, if I don't feel hypo for about 60gram carbs then I'm already at correct path?
 
It took me three days to feel anything, and now I use it mostly to speed recovery. I recover in about half the time when I use Anabolic Pump.
 
Hopefully I recover even faster than I do now which is pretty quick.
