Pre bed PowerFULL

Guys. I have a quick question.

When is the best time to take PowerFULL at night time, before bed? Half an hour before bed time? As i'm sliding into the ol' sack?

I've been experimenting & have found that half an hour before bed works fine, but would like to hear from personal experience.

I had the BEST 9 hour sleep last night because of PowerFULL. It's great!!!!!!!!!

30 minutes is what i've found to be best, gets me nice and relaxed and i sleep very deeply

Question regarding PM - ONLY dose as I can't take any supp that causes fatigue during the day d/t my job.

1) Will I get fat burning as well or will it be very negligible as I'm only taking it at night?
2) Can I compensate to get this fat loss by upping dosing at night to 3-4 caps?

Juz' take it at night, take 1 or 2 cap's, it's done a world of good for me over the span of a month. Heck, with the amount I'm eating, considering how hard I've been hitting the carbs, I've succesfully gained 3kg's of pure muscle since december 1st!!!! & i'm still 10% BF!!!!!! By the way, I've been taking it 30 minutes before crawling into bed...and I"m out of it for the next 9 hours, cram packed full of fat burning action!


Jacob, Keep up the good work! I'm buyin more AP & PF very soon! Perhaps some P-slin too!

Taking it alongside Xtend (aa's) have any contraindications or do they compete!?!?!

I don want my pre-bed BCAA's to hinder any the PowerFULL's effect.

I don want my pre-bed BCAA's to hinder any the PowerFULL's effect.

I would avoid taking it with more than 5g of Xtend/bcaa because I am not sure how much aminos it takes to cause an insulin response great enough to mess with HGH release.
