No, it will work with any body type. AP can be beneficial for those that are at higher bf as it helps increase insulin sensitivity which they are typically slightly resistant. It is also beneficial to those already lean as it causes carbs to be utilized more efficiently allowing higher than normal consumption without putting on additional adipose. In short, people who are in both of the afore mentioned conditions are enjoying benefits from AP supplementation.
Would dosing for AP be any different for somebody that has low/poor insulin sensitivity or would it pretty much be the same for everybody? Let's assume I'm lean bulking![]()

If anythign i think it WOULD be more effective as one of the biggest factors in excess body fat is insulin insensitivity. So make yourself more sensitive to insulin and the fat should come off much easier.

Hey! AP & PF are the best supplements I've ever used! Keep bringin' them out guys! Mullet, your tooooo smart!
I ave a question that may be unique, I'm not sure. I'm in the middle of a bulking phase. I've noticed that while using AP & PF, that my I'm growing lean muscle, while my bodyfat percentage is going down. Is that common?
My weight is going down, I'm growing lean muscle & my bodyfat % is in decline. does that make any sense? Is it common? Or am I doing the impossible? lol
My protein intake is usually 1.5g per lb of bodyweight. Carb intake is 1.9g per lb of bodyweight. I'm drinking plenty of water. I'm hitting the weights 5-6 times a week, doing half an hour of cardio, three days a week.
