You want advice on how to get bigger and stronger? Do Work!!! Read everything you can on diet and supplementation, read everything you can on various training principals, and then put what you have learned into action! I promise you will have to go back to the drawing board more than once, but experience is the best teacher there is.

Does this high extract reduce side effects?
I imagine the caps are 25mg? So I can ramp it up slowly over time so I don't **** my pants?

So if each cap is 25mg at 96% - Won't this be the same thing since a cap is 250mg at 10% extract? I don't really get the extraction number and percentages on herbs.

$40 gives you atleast 6 weeks at good dosages. Forskolin is is one of the best single compounds on the market when dosed correctly.

a 96 percent eliminates 96% of other stuff in forskolin.
