Need a Little Help

I am about to start a log of USP products and i want to get the dosing down. I am just coming off a cycle of SSR Methyl Extreme, which claims no post cycle therapy needed so i am going right into my USP Stack.
Hows this look
wake up
1 Super Cissus
1 A.P.

1 hour before workout
P-slin ( 4 times a week)

Pre Workout (8 hours later)
2 Super Cissus
1 Powerfull

Post workout
1 A.P.

Before Bed
1 Powerfull

Currently
5-10 ~215lbs @ 10-11%bf
Looking to ultimately get to 225 by march with ~10% BF

Other Supps
Fish Oil
Multi
WPI

Looks good. You may consider splitting the Cissus dose up by lowering to 1 around workout and adding one before bed. We heal and grow while we sleep. :) Or you could just add one before bed but I realize that shortens the life of the bottle. If you do stick with 2 around workout, consider 1 pre and 1 post.
 
That looks good but i would consider playing with the Powerfull dosage, more so the last one before bed, say 1 pre-workout and 2 before bed for a better gh release.
 
Or on Non-Workout days center all your PowerFULL dosing directly before bed. I.e., eat a meal ~1 hour before you fall asleep and dose 3 PowerFULL directly before you go into REM. You'll wake up feeling refreshed and maximize the dopamine release. If you do AM cardio this is especially proficient.
