I have been off all ancillary supplementation for a few weeks now and am moving back toward recomping (like always), my added weight, with the help of all these fun supplements I have lying around.

I am currently the biggest I have ever been at 220lbs, 5'11...

My goal for this log is to chronicle how I feel. If you are more interested in workouts, that log is in my signature.

As of last night, this is how my supplementation is breaking down:

Morning
15 minutes before Meal 1: 1 AnabolicPump, 1 SuperCissus, 2 TNA, 2 Stim'd Out, 1 Reset AD
With Meal 1: Fish Oil/Multi/Glucosamine
1 hour after Meal 1: 2 PowerFULL

Mid-Day
With Meal 3: Fish Oil

Pre-Training
30 minutes before meal 4: 1 AnabolicPump
15 minutes before meal 4: 1 Pslin, 1 SuperCissus
1 hour after meal 4: 2 PowerFULL, 1 Supercissus, 2 TNA

Post-Training
30 Minutes Post Training: 1-2 AnabolicPump. Fish Oil/Multi/Glucosamine

Night
15 minutes before meal 6: 1 SuperCissus
45 minutes after meal 6: 2 PowerFULL, 2 TNA

TNA Added: 11/14, as noted above
Retain Added: 11/14, Meal 1, 3, 6
SERM Added: 11/14 **
Horney Jack Mack Stack added: 11/14, added to morning shake.

Week 1: Tamox 60mg ED
Week 2: Torem 120mgs ED
Week 3: Torem 90mgs ED
Week 4: Torem 60mgs ED
Week 5: Torem 30mgs ED
 
EDIT to first post. I am currently only taking 1 stim'd out...Reset AD has really amazed me. I was a skeptic, but this stuff does what's advertised.
