well I am new to this stuff so heres a couple of questions. what happens if i dont wait 15 mins b4 i eat? I try but sometimes forget. and take AP and then eat. also why dont i feel anything? I mean nothing ima big guy and i usualy need more of certain things to get me going. can i stack a NO supplement with this stuff? what kind of carbs should i have with this? I hope this stuff works fellows. thanks for all and any help

I never felt it working. They recommend oats for carbs.
 
i stand by AP 100%. i loved it the first time. Hunger increased like crazy, all day long pumps, dropped some bodyfat.

i'm using it again now. not quite as effective as the first time a few months ago but ive used a few bottles of this stuff. Next stop PSlin!!

Not waiting 15 minutes isn't terrible, but it will reduce the effectiveness I think. Also, I think you should feel something, I do, its pretty noticeable both in terms of being a little hypeglycemic, as well as noticeably stronger pumps in the gym. You should have 50g + of carbs at the meal, you may want to experiment with what sorts of carbs you use. I tend to like the combination of 25g of oats with a sliced up banana more than straight oats.

What is the best TYPES of supplements to stack this stuff with. I was thinking a N.O. product and a fat burner like lipo 6 extreme. also is there a money back guarantee or something i bought 2 bottles and first week haven't felt nothing. so i hope i see some results.

who do i talk to about this stuff, I'm getting pissed that i hear all this good hype but stuff doesn't work for S#$@ now don't get me wrong i have been slowly losing weight, b4 i took these pills, now i am gaining weight. 2 lbs to be exact. now i do know I'm stronger cause reping with 405, but max was a little less than that. But the reason i bought this was to speed my weight loss results. come on people help me out i wanna speed my results and this isn't doing nothing but make me have some horrible GAS.
 
What have you been using for carbs so far? Oats are considered good usually, I like a combo of oats and fruit.

You are asking basic nutrition and supplement question. I really do not think you are ready for AP.

Okay, what I need is for you to post what you eat and at what times you eat it and the extact workout times.

Money back guarantee on supplements? I think 95% of supplements are worthless, so good luck with that one ;)

It honestly sounds like you have no idea what you are doing, if you think you need a fat burner to lose fat, then you need to get the basics down first. Good luck with everything.
 
heres the diet on days i work
5 a.m. (wake up)
protien shake and a tble spoon honey

8:30 oat meal, 4 egg whites and green tea
11:00 grilled chicken breast, yam and water
2:00 mrp and an apple
4:00 bowl of veggies, orange, and green tea
home6:30
chicken, or fish, veggies and water
pretty much the same on days off of work usuly work out at night around 8-9 p.m.

what else do i need? I'm looking to SPEED my results by using a fat burner not eat like a pig and take lipo 6. come on man help me out

I've been taking AP/Powerfull for two weeks and I've already experienced weight loss and I just do a simple home workout with dumbells not in great shape to start with either. About 260lbs and chunky not muscular. I didn't "feel" anything right away but I noticed the weight loss happening after the first week I just take 1 ap with breakfast and 2 powerfull an hour after than 1 ap with lunch and 1 with dinner thats on off days and it works I don't "feel" it but I see it. Also noticed my energy levels have evened out where I used to get real fatigued late in the day. On workout days I take 3 powerfull about 1/2 hr before workout and I "feel" that for sure. Give it time. I'm really impressed with both products.
 
What exactly are you looking for out of the product? If you are looking to 'feel' something, than you might be out of luck.

i'm back on ap after a so-so experience with it earlier in the year. in february my diet was sh!tty and i wasn't systematic with the 15 minute rule.

fast forward... i've been on ap now for 1-yes 1-week, and i've hit 3 prs. the pump, strength, endurance (like mentioned above) on this sh!t is for real. i was skeptical about trying it again, but i had half a bottle and decided to give it one more go.

get the nutrient/dosage timing down, and u should see results.
if not, there are non-resp.s to everything.

sh!t, reset ad did nothing for me-even at the highest dosages; but everyone likes it.
