AP/P-slin/YG + sugar alchohols

So I know that part of the point of malitol and all the other fun sugar alchohols is that they are supposed to have no net insulin effect. What i'm wondering is whether anyone has experimented with any of the USP nutrient repartitioners using only sugar alchohols as a carb source, and how it turned out.
 
I can give my personal experience based off of sugar free colas/energy drinks Easy. I can easily drink 2 Rockstar Burners before a workout without feeling jittery, which should contain enough sugar alcohols to produce some effect in conjunction with YG/AP. I did not and have not felt it has.

I think the structure of sugar alcohols negates any effect YG has.
 
To expand on that, I meant that because they have been primarily or secondarily reduced, the sugar alcohols go largely undigested in the small intestine. That coupled with their inherently low, almost completely negligible carbohydrate content makes any potential interaction with YG/AP very unlikely.
 
Ok thanks. I was just wondering on the concept of using say for instance 2 EAS carb control bars and their 17g of sugar alchohols each as a post workout meal

Ahh, I see. No, I don't think enough enters the bloodstream to really derive the effects from AP-YG. Hope that helps.
 
I'm tried having a cap of AP and only had a bar on me that only had sugar alcohols in it and i found myself going hypo, it sucked i felt like ****.
