Taking Powerfull seems alittle tricky because of the whole eating thing eat 1 hour before or 1 hour after. Then I hear you only have to watch your carbs not to block the HGH limit is 15 carbs I think.Also is it a good idea to take this with NO Explode? I'm writing down my eating habits down below any advice when to take is appreciated thx.
7:20 breakfast- coffee and protein shake
10:00 snack- protein bar
12:30 lunch- sandwich if my girl makes me one or whatever I can steal from the company fridge :toofunny:
3:00 snack- another protein bar
5:50 dinner- hopefully I can pass by my mom's house for something damn girl needs to start cooking :rofl:
7:00 Supplement- NO Explode
7:30/8:00 GYM- I need to find a gym closer to my house I hate all the traffic but the girls at bally's make it all worth it hopefully one of them knows how to cook
9:30 home - PWO protein shake
11:30 snack- either a egg white omelet or protein shake
12:00/12:30 bed- Fin
