taking NOS Ether and R4W preworkout. Both require 1hr after food or 20-30min before food. The R4W needs to be 2 hours after a high fiber meal such as oats.
so that should work fine
preworkout time
1:15 NOS/R4W
1:00 Pslin
:45 Oats/BCAA's
:00 TRAIN

why 2 hours after a high fiber meal?
It really messes with absorption of r4w. However I do normally take it .5hrs after oats so its not that big of deal but I thought I would try to get to recommended range.
The times I had listed was time out from training. so 1:00 = 1 hour preworkout. or :45=45min preworkout. I'll list it all the times in minutes below to improve the clarity.
The NOS Ether is supposed to be 1 hour out from training as well.
I tried my scenario posted above last night and I was not satisfied with the results.. So I will try the following tonight:
120 out Pslin
105 out +15min over recommended Oats and Whey(I do take 1 scoop WPI and 20g BCAA's)
45 out -15min over recommended NOS Ether
30 out R4W
00 LIFT HEAVY ASS WEIGHTS!!!
If the 1 scoop of WPI and 20g BCAA's doesn't work i can switch to 2 scoops whey. I've just been using 80-100g BCAA's a day the last couple months and dropped Whey for the most part, with positive results.
Why not switch to EAA instead of BCAA's pre workout.
i've thought about it but have not tried it yet. maybe next order i place. Means another supp to manage. whould that work as a replacment for the Whey in the preworkout meal? If so i wouldn't have to worry about stocking whey.

I am already using AP earlier in the day (been taking it since it came out :drunk: ). I think what I have above is a solid stack.
I’ll run with what I got and quite bugging youif I need to change it I will. Just looking for a little input.
