after reading every thread I could find I've decided to dose
Right Before Bed 1/4 tsp.
Pre Workout 1/4 tsp 30 minutes later pre workout meal (which includes carbs!)
First thing in the morning, or if I wake up 1-2 hrs before (to take a leak) this way I can dose on a very empty stomach and let settle for a little while...1/2 tsp
thoughts? what do you think of the increased dose first thing in the morning, I think that will be the most effective dose, considering my stomach will be very empty of carbs
