took my 1st dose this morning. I was so excited to take the pill & then eat the oatmeal, I forgot to take my super cissus & caffeine! BTW, when would I take those? Is caff ok to take w/ the slin? It contains 200mg calcium, 200mg caffeine, & 250mg L-Tyrosine.

also, can I put the cinnamon/sugar mix into my oatmeal along w/ the fat free spray butter? Just trying to get the taste a little better.
