what to eat with AP?

I just Started AP 3 days ago , what do you guys suggest me to eat pre and post work out with AP ? thanks

Pre-workout I grind up Oats in a coffee grinder and throw them in with a shake

Post workout I take about 10oz OJ (soon switching to a calorie free drink) and 50gr Waxy Maize (soon switching to 75gr)

This has worked great for me im ALOT fuller now

I think USP suggests at least 60g of carbs with AP. I used oats and honey for post-WO.

Ok good !Im taking Nutrabolic Anabolic window , Do I need to take it + oat and honey ? Waxy Maize by IDS ?? look interesting , what is it? is it like vitargo ?

I use NP brand, $12.50 for 3.3lbs. Yea vitagro used/uses it. I like it more than the Vitargo, i got a bloated upset stomach on Vitargo for some reason. Not with NP brand
