Just Took My 1st Anabolic Dump

Started AP this morning, took one pill, had the meal 15 minutes afterwards. A few minutes after the meal I felt a growing pressure on my sphincter. BTW I sh1t within 5 minutes of waking like I always do.

Anyhow I cautiously released a couple farts, but then realized there was something solid coming down the pipe. I made it to the bathroom without any issues, it wasnt super urgent or anything, but a pretty nasty dump ensued - solid at the beginning with a nasty liquid splatter at the end which coated my but cheeks with sh1t. Took about 10 wipes and 3 wet wipes to clean up my ass.

I will stick with it but if this becomes standard 3x daily I wont last more than a week.

If you sh1t every morning anyways what does it matter. This is a stupid post.
 
That's a pretty common occurence that a lot of people have mentioned. It'll subside after a little while of taking the product.

You know its not that abnormal to sh1t more than once a day. Its actually better that way. Get those toxins out. Okay I apoligize it wasnt stupid. It just @#$king grossed me out and Im eating chocolate pudding.

It's called Peristalsis and would you rather the nastly liquid live in your intestines. You get a great Pump plus a colon cleanse, seriously whats better.
 
I took a 2nd one and had no problems except a bit of gas/bloat. I guess my body will be ok with it in a few days.
 
I've had a similar experience w/ sesamin (you can search for the mud butt thread, if you wish). I haven't had this happen on AP. But, I have felt slightly nauseous. Not enough to want to puke, just felt slightly *off*.

That sounds like a classic hypoglycemic symptom, shows it's working my friend. Eat, and eat those carbs and you'll be fine.

I feel that way every time I take YG, but I don't really want to slam in all that much in carbs either, since i'm trying to loose a bunch of weight fast...
 
In that case just cut the dose of ap back, and/or spread smaller dosages thru out the day with carb meals.
