Usually pancakes made from oats, f.f.c.c., egg whites, with some pb on top! Or I have oatmeal with an apple and pb in it and 50g of a WPI/MPI blend. (take one AP just before making that meal)
Post workout= 75g WMS, 20 min later, 60g WPI/MPI at 50/50 blend
Current pre w/o supps= 2-3 basic cuts
