Help With AP

I've used AP for the past 3 months to bulk and would like some advice on using to cut now. I'm currently 5' 10", 180 lbs @ apprx 11% bf. I'm trying carb cycling but can't handle the workouts with out carbs...
Any input on dropping bf while using AP to maintain muscle?
 
well only use Ap on days u eat carbs, im sure u already know this. If ur having problems on low carb days working out try supplementing caffeine. The pills are pretty cheap and effective, other wise any pre workout product will help. Just remeber on low carb days keep fat high, hope this helps.
 
Yeah, I only take it on my carb day, I just hate working out with out it. I'm stacking TNA and new Powerfull with Primed Ultra. Guess I'll just have to suck it up for a few weeks.
 
Nootropics are a must when carb cycling. Try 1.5g of ALCAR twice a day on low/zero carb days.
 
I'd do a 40/40/20 split, possibly a 45/35/20, i was doing the later but then found i could up calories and carbs while still dropping bf and actually gaining some size and strength. Just make sure not to skimp on those post-workout carbs and adjust your AP intake to your carb intake, i wouldn't eat anything less than 60g's of carbs per cap of AP personally.
 
Thanks Chaps, Im going to try to keep it like this:
2 moderate carb days in a row with carbs on at breakfast, lunch,and post w/o. AP with those meals and around 40-50 grams carbs (that will keep me under 1 gram per lbs) and then no more carbs between meals, dinner etc. I eat 6-7 meals a day.
Then 1 no carb day (no AP); followed by 1 high carb day (with AP); back to start of cycle.

Any thoughts?
