AP on no and low carb days

I started carb cycling recently to help with my cut, what do u reccomend for low and no carb days. Tomorrow im only eat 100g of carbs. Breakfast and post. Should i only take it at those times? and on no carb days do i just not take it. Thanks for the advice guys.
 
Oh the no carb days i wouldn't take it, on the 100g's carb days i'd take it before breakfast and post-workout. I'm telling you right now if you took it on a no carb day you would feel like total crap from going hypo real bad, not to mention the hunger pains.
