AP/PF dosing for PCT

Hey guys...Just hoping to get a little insight as to a simple dosing protocol for an upcoming post cycle therapy from a Havoc cycle...

I want to use a bottle of the new PowerFULL and Anabolic Pump in there...

Usually I would just ask mullet, but hey, why not up my post count? hahaha....


A little backround info:

Diet
1. 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup rolled oats
2. 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 banana
3. 9 oz. tuna (1.5 can), 1 cup rolled oats
4. 3 scoops whey, 1 apple, 2 whole wheat rice cakes w/ 2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter.
5. 8-10oz chicken breast, 1 cup steamed veggies
6. 1 scoop casein w/ 10oz skim milk, 1oz almonds, 1 cup fat free cottage cheese.

Training:
1. Legs, Lower Back, Abs, Calves
2. Chest, Tris, Abs, Calves
3. OFF
4. Back, Bis, Abs, Calves
5. Delts, Traps, Forearms, Abs, Calves
6. OFF
repeat

I will most likely train between meals 4 and 5 on weekdays and between meals 2 and 3 on weekends...

I'll be taking BCAAs, CEE, Nolva, StimX and Retain as well...

I should be 210~215lbs @ like 8% when I start this, and will basically be looking to keep a little strength and weight, while recovering hormonally...

1 hour after first meal 1-2 PowerFULL
30 minutes before workout 2 powerfull
before bed 1-2 PowerFULL

You should take AP with your highest carbohydrate meals of the day. I like to Plan 1 dose pre workout, post workout and early morning.

PowerFULL on off days can be dosed 1-2 caps 1 hour after first meal and 2 before bed.
 
I like Jacobs plan but i'd most definitely be using 6 caps, your on pct you want the boys to be up and running asap.

Another quick questions...if adding IGF-1 @ 40mcgs/ED post workout, would you change any of this?

You might have to rearrange some of your Anabolic Pump dosages then PI. I know that hypo., [legitimate hypo] from IGF-1 use, so possibly nix the AP post-WO. Though that question may be better suited to Grunt, Lake, or someone of that sort as IGF is not my forte.

i've been using both together since AP came out. I take a AP 15minutes before end of workout then pin 40mcg of IGF (EOD only) at the end of the workout. Carbs in post workout mix is 30g dextrose and 2/3 cups of oats.

Have not had a problem in 4 months of doing so. I'm 5'9" and a fairly lean 240lbs. moderate to high carb and protein diet.
 
4 months of IGF-1? Are you still seeing results?

Sorry. usually run 4-5 weeks on 1 week off. Thats at only 40mcg 3 times/wk. Dosing that way the it takes much longer to burn out the receptors. Check out Grunts thread for how long you can run it at EOD or E3D, much longer than what i am doing.

Thanks for that info. I was looking for someone to run both and give some info.
