Just wondering, for those who did 3-4 bottles straight, is it as effective as the first one? I got a few bottles, and J will be hooking me up soon as well, so I probably will have 3-4 bottles. I just love this compound, and would like to know if using it all straight would be fine? I assume it would be, but just wanted to get additionnal feedback..

You can run it straight but I recommend taking at least a short break now and then from everything save the staples (multi, omega's, antioxidants etc).

At most. I like 2 months on 2 weeks off. :)

It is certainly a matter of preference.
 
I've been on since the beta test for yg, then I went through a tub of yg from nutraplanet, and now I'm about to start my second bottle of the real deal AP. It's just as good, but I will take a break soon. I'm thinking of taking a break...eventually.
 
I will have been on for about 10 straight weeks when I finish this bottle off. I have been using it during contest prep.
