SIRPLUS for skin and acne?

Hey guys,
I was just wondering how high the dose of Curcuminoids was in sirplus... WOuld this be helpful for skin and acne treatment or is the dose too low? What dosage would be good for this, if any?

I would like to know as well... I have 3 bottles of this, and would definitely report feed back on dosing 5 caps a day... I'm thinking of trying this out after I get done using my first bottle. If anyone is interested, I'm including feedback on the product in the log I'm running...

not too sure for 750mg per cap is all actives or some filler

anyway 100mg trans-resveratrol, with maybe 5mg piperine, then maybe curcumin=~600mg?

need USP to chime in to confirm the exact dosage breakdown per cap

SirPlus per cap gives

480mgs 95% curcuminoids
100mgs of Trans Resveratrol
20mgs piperine

What are your thoughts on just bumping up the dosage now? As long as surplus is available at NP in the next few months, I would be willing to do this now...

480+100+20=600mg, I assume 150mg is filler?

20mgs piperine per cap x3 servings= 60mgs

you all dun think 60mgs/day piperine is something to be wary about especially seeing AOR advising against above 10mg/day, LEF quotes no more than 15mg/day
