Take it easy on Ai's and serms, as estrogen effects Glut 4, so the glucose partioning effects will be weakened if estrogen is driven too low.

AI and Insulin/Insulin Mimickers. I've still to read more into the SERMs issue before I can comment.

I guess this would make Cialabol a double bad choice to stack with AP? Since it has both insulin micking and estrogen lowering effects......BTW, I'm stacking AP/Cialabol right now. Hope it works out well.

yeah that sucks because I have some cialabol too

I am using an AI

so I notice that with Na-R-ALA, I have more pump than with AP

might be because of low GLUT-4 on which AP depends a lot

just my experience..

ALA is the main one that is in most Insulin Mimic supplements, I can't for the life of me remember the other types though.

So taking AP along with JW would not be a smart choice?

cinnamon. Darn, was taking AP 15 minutes before I would have my favorite cereal, Cinnamon Oat Crunch. I have it everyday. So I guess AP would not work very well with this huh?

There are a couple of types of cinnamon and only one of them actually impacts insulin. I have been using AP and having cinnamon with my oats and I am still having awesome results.
