Yes, chromium picolinate will interfere with AP. I suggest having an hour in between taking Anabolic Pump and Chromium Picolinate.
I've taken Cr Pic daily for around 6 months and didn't really feel it did much at all for me as far as glucose disposal; certainly didn't ever get a hypo feeling like I can with ALA, AP, or any other insulin mimic. As far as I know it is just for general insulin sensitivity supposedly, not acute like AP ect. I don't see why it would be a problem. Could you elaborate more on why you recomend against it's use?

If i'm not mistaken AP contains the corosolic acid as part of a banaba complex, and im not sure if its AP or pslin which contains the gynostemma.

So I've been taking a ton of bitter melon on my carb-up days along with AP. I know bitter melon shuttes carbs and aminos into the muscle cells. Wouldn't bitter melon complement AP? AP stimulates Glut 4 and bitten melon and AP help bring nutrients into the cells? I know this is probably scientifically incorrect, can someone correct me?

We consider chromium picolinate to be an insulin potentiator and theoretically, insulin potentiators may interfere with Anabolic Pump's ability to block glucose uptake in fat cells.

P-Slin contains Gymnemic Complex(Herbal Engineered FromGymnema Sylvestre).

Bitter melon lowers blood sugar so I think your best bet is just to make sure there is an hour in between taking bitter melon and Anabolic Pump.

Now's Adam has 50mg of ALA. Is that enough to negatively effect AP?

I too am wondering about ALA use. Can it be dosed in a staggared fashion with AP to get the Antiox effects still form the ALA(dosed in between meals) while using the AP for the meals?
