| Registered User | Hey all. I have been on AP for almost a month and a couple weeks back I started my post cycle therapy using Restore, Alpha Drive XL, Nolva and Fenugreek. I was taking 500mg of fenugreek three times per day in the first week of PCT and all was fine. This week I started taking 1000mg twice a day and have noticed a strange but disturbing side effect. For the past few days, I have had noticeably blurred vision. I found a web site that stated that fenugreek has blood sugar lowering properties so I'm wondering if the fenugreek together with my 3 - 4 doses of AP each day are causing me to go hypo and thus causing the blurred vision. Any thoughts? In any case, I think I will be discontinuing the fenugreek tomorrow to see if the situation improves. |

The only thing that changed from week 1 to 2 was that I increased my daily dose of fenugreek and split it two ways instead of three (i.e. 1000mg twice a day vs 500mg three times a day in the first week).

| MN Head Rep | I would try to bump the carbs a little bit, you will be lowering your nolva so keep us updated on how it goes. HELP KIDS IN HOSPITALS: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/suppl...help-kids.html *****LONG LIVE ARACHIDONIC ACID***** |

With Nolva's long half life, time of day is insignificant.

| Registered User | i'm hypoglycemic and fenugreek messed me up for days before I knew what was causing it. It may be good for diabetics cause it lowers blood sugar but not ones that struggle to keep the sugar up. I would avoid it. |

| Registered User | Fenugreek does that to me by itself, it has serious effects on blood sugar. No matter the amount of carbs if I take more then a gram at a time I get bad "sugar headaches". I would drop it all together myself, or like someone else suggested to with fenotest. |
