I currently take 2 caps of Cialabol and 1 AP with three of my meals each day. There seems to be a lot of different views on what might result from this from what I’ve gathered. Some say Cialabol will enhance efforts with the AP to build muscle but may lead to more fat gain because of the insulin mimicking properties from the banaba/corsolic. Some have said it will actually work synergistically with the AP to enhance fat loss. I’m just wondering what others think about this. I’m hoping to gain muscle and lose (or at least not gain) fat on my current stack.
