| Registered User | Alpha lipoic acid and AP? Would there be a problem with using ALA and AP together? I always take my AP 15 minute before my carb meal, and then the ALA with the carb meal. What do you guys think? |

If you have other anti oxidants in your arsenal, ALA can be dropped for that purpose. Or add in a different anti oxidant while using AP. I for one will not sacrifice the potential of losing the glucose inhibiting effects of AP over ALA or any other insulin mimicking compound. AP is a special supplement. Why risk it? | |

| SARCASM: Just one more service I offer. Board Moderator | I've been taking AP before breakfast and lunch and then taking ALA before dinner (which typically has far fewer carbs). |
