Anabolic Pump with SizeON...Discrepancy?

So is there a discrepancy with using SizeON with Anabolic Pump?

How about bulk L-leucine for morning and PWO shakes?

Seems like the aformentioned supps. have and effect on insulin sensitivity.

Can these be used in conjuction with AP?

We advise not to use other insulin mimickers because they will cause fat cells to crave carbs. Anabolic Pump blocks glucose update in fat cells.

1. Since AP inhibits glucose uptake in fat cells, will it block glucose uptake in fat cells if other insulin mimickers are used?

We do not know that so I can not anwer the question.

2. I like to use supplements that contain other insulin mimickers. Will AP inhibit other insulin Mimickers?

No. Anabolic Pump will contribute to gains. Anabolic Pump is a positive addition to any supplement stack. If you like to use other Insulin Mimickers by ALL MEANS Continue.

any other questions??

any other questions??

Hi USP, I got a questions. I have a bunch of R-ALA laying around, and half bottle of size on. Since I plan to use it, can I use AP, R-ALA, and SizeOn at different times? If I can, how long do I need to wait before using one another ? ( Right now I'm using SizeOn intra-workout, R-ALA and multi's with post-WO shake, and solid meal with complex carbs 60-90 minutes later after shake ( I use AP 30 mins before this meal.)) Will this work?

Any reply is greatly appreciated.

thanks!

I would utilize all three in your Pre/Intra workout context, where risk for adipose storage is already inherently low!

Thanks Mullet,

By the way, with AP, do I need to eat only complex carb, or can I add fruit/milk/ the like?

In terms of meal composition, assuming the quantity is fine...

I have found it better to have a blend of complex and simple carbohydrates. I gain fat pretty easily therefore i keep simple carbohydrates to a minimum and only in conjunction with USPlabs Anabolic Pump. I would like to keep my insulin response as low as possible.

The sweet spot for most people is around a 4or5:1 ratio (Complex:Simple).

Post up questions if you have any more. To expedite the answering process, post them in the USPlabs sub-forum.

Best of luck buddy!
