Help with Stack for a female. Ziricote you there??

I have AP, Camp and SuperCissuss. I think that I am taking them wrong, not enough.

I am 5'9" and I am interested in losing fat and getting a lean physique with a BF at 15%.

Can you give me suggestions on how I should be dosing these?

Is that 2 of each per day? If so then yes you are taking less than you can.

Yes, it was per day. Oops.

I really like the stack and I am seeing some results. I don't feel jittery or anything. My friends have asked me if I I lost weight. My clothes are fitting better. I think that I will see much better results once I re-dose with your recommendations, starting today.

Definitely keep us posted on how the stack treats you. Any info on how products like those will help a female would be greatly appreciated. Feedback on products with the other sex is greatly lacking everywhere.
 
my wife is about 3 weeks in of 3 Ap per day very nice results I don't know about weight LOSS but recomp is definite and i can feel the bottom line improvement .
 
Over a month now on AP for both of us, my wife is dosing 3 per day she does a pilates workout every morning and works with me a few days a week. ABSOLUTE nice improvements. She wanted to tone up a bit lose a little off the bottom end and midsection. She certainly wasn't heavy but the loss of a few lbs wasn't going to hurt. So far so good, very noticeable recomp happening. No scale in the house but weight is always subjective in my opinion. One thing I did not expect was an increase in her chest. But It has certainly happened nothing outrageous she fluctuates a bit over the course of each month due to the cycle thing but it is evident none the less. I am curious if any other women have noticed that. My results have been good as well.
 
So far my results are pretty good. I noticed it in my butt area the most. The chest area is the same. I don't want more.

I have upped to 3 AP per day and I am doing well with that. I noticed my abs muscles are starting to show a little. My chest is still the same, but I wouldn't mind losing a little on that.
