Cool It's Showtime! Well, in May it will be...

Thanks alot from our good friend USP for the nod, I'm preparing for a show in May.. As I prep, I will be using afew USP products (of course with DS) while I lean out.. Right now I'm starting on Anabolic Pump and Super Cissus Rx.. I start to actually diet down 10wks out, so these two should help bigtime..

My diet is simple: complex carbs(200g), high protein(2xbodyweight), moderate essential fats (30-40g from flax/fish/olive).. I eat 6-8 meals, 3 of them are shakes since protein in any form should be considered part of your food intake.. I eat alot of eggs and cottage cheese, tuna, chicken breast, steak, sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa (keen-wah), and lots of veggies..

I'll update this just about everyother day, I'll post here after updating my other logs..

I'm 219 now and could stand to lose a good amount of fluff.. Hopefully I end up at the light-heavy cut-off, so 185 or so is where I need to be..

Nice! Thanks for loggin Pete.

No one can be a great thinker who does not recognize that as a thinker it is his first duty to follow his intellect to whatever conclusions it may lead. Truth gains more even by the errors of one who, with due study, and preparation, thinks for himself, than by the true opinions of those who only hold them because they do not suffer themselves to think.

Good luck BP, for some reason it sounds weird to hear you will be anywhere near 185.

Yeah, but like when I cut from 190 to 165 I didn't look any smaller..

If I end up heavier it's cool, just hope I have the condition that warrants the higher weight.. I hate when people think they need to be ripped at x-weight, when they never dieted before and may not stay over 200lbs if they're even there.. I just worry about how hard, dry, and striated I get.. If I weigh 190, hopefully I look good if I pull it off..

So far I've taken a cap before breakfast:
2cups oatmeal
2 slices wheat bread with organic fruitspread
40g whey in 16oz skim milk

Felt full, like I did 100 push-ups full.. Took one with lunch:
8oz chicken breast
1.5cups sweet potato, diced
1cup brocolli steamed
40g whey in 16oz skim milk

Felt even fuller.. I'll stick with taking this with my bigger meals.. I also had 3 Super Cissus before breakfast, and another 3 will be taken with my Kre-Alkalyn before I lift later..

What kind of Kre-Alk are you taking BP? And if I can ask, why did you choose it over any other creatine product?

Since I've been stacking Venom Hyperdrive with Dicana, I'm down to 214 and have a better idea of how my abs/waist looks..

AP does indeed need carbs to work.. Today I took a cap before eating 2cups of oatmeal.. This is roughly 35-45g carbs, but I felt tired and rundown until I drank a shake with another 60g malto.. After that, I was back to normal, and my glucose readings haven't been over 100mg/dl since starting, so this is serious sh!t..

Hell, my appetite is insane.. Food is just in and out, almost as frequently out as it is in..

Had my AP with lunch (2cups oats, 10oz ground sirloin, 3 slices wheat toast with natural peanutbutter).. My second was PWO with my serving of Replenish, took last cap with a 1/4lb sirloin burger on a wheat bun with sweet potato fries.. I'm still hungry..

Thanks, now I MUST have a sirloin burger & sweet potato fries. Sigh.

Now can you see why this stuff would be amazing for bulking, for the natural or enhanced athlete.

I think anyone considering using insulin should use this first, and keep using it..

Hey BPF, just wondering what your thoughts are regarding adding in a couple of servings of fruit (say an apple and a banana) each day while cutting. Would it significantly impact the fat loss process in your opinion?

It shouldn't impact too much as long as it's in the range of caloric intake you need to keep burning fat.. Plus, bananas and apples are not very high glycemic, and great sources of fiber..
