I disagree. You're proabably just dosing more with the liquid. I've tried botht the caps are just much more convenient.

well im not the only one who states this, do a search and there is more people that say it isnt as effective as the ones who do.

i've experienced the same thing... infact im half tempted to believe that its due to the suspension that the linagin(sp?) and oil. i always had great results from sesathin, and no results from sesamin. i really think the extra fats in the suspension help with the uptake... just me.
