AP sure is potent :)

So, I've been taking AP for over a week now and I've experienced ALL the effects I was told... noticing muscle gain already, eating more carbs and I'm still hungry :p, and awesome "dry" pumps.

So, yesterday I decided to do an experiment to see if AP really was the cause of these awesome effects... to see how potent it really is. All this talk about AP working with the food you eat to make you an anabolic monster needed to be put to the test... I already felt the effects, but was it really the AP doing it, or my mind?

So, I took 1 serving of AP in the morning with NO carbs and didn't until 3 hours after I woke up... AP with no food in my stomach for 3 hours. 3 hours later I had a protein shake... no carbs. I then took one with lunch... turkey breast NO CARBS.

By that point I felt sick. I could FEEL my blood sugar being low... I felt extremely fatigued and my body just did not want to do ANYTHING... MUCH more than on the regular low/no carb day. Then I actually started feeling sick... thats when I decided to take Another AP and dose it 15 mins prior to dinner, which I loaded with 100+ carbs!!!!! I felt so much better!

This stuff really DOES work with your food guys! It makes food anabolic as hell!!!

Thats amazing bro and Im very happy to hear that it works so well for you.
Not to hijack your thread, but it honestly makes me think that something is wrong with me when so many respected board members are unanimous in their positive feedback and I dont react to it.

Some users report dehydration symptoms, (my own conclusion) do you increase your water intake significantly, i hope the good ole h20 doesnt get left out with all this talk of carbs.
 
No way.... I drink water like its my job... the only 2 fluids in my diet are water and lowfat milk! I drink between 1-2 gallons daily!

This thread was meant to just show AP's interaction with carbs :)

The problem. AP works quick in some but if you are insulin insensitive, you need to give aome time and atleast AP 30 days but keep carbs as you would...do not increase...

Been using it for 2 weeks. I wholeheartedly agree! I'm eating almost 400 grams of carbs a day and i'm staying lean as hell and I can already notice the muscle gain.

Again, I apologize for the hijack. Just wanted to clarify what Jacob is saying.

So I should eat normally until I reach the 30 day point, at which time I should increase complex carbs around dosing?
Anything else to do?
 
if this is really what it is then jacobs kids, kids,kids will all be put through college by us :D
 
I have to agree. Been on AP almost a week now. I am in contest prep mode and take the AP with my carb meals, breakfast, pre w/o and post. The alst couple weeks I have been losing 1.5 pounds a week and since starting AP I actually gained a pound and can just see more definition in my arms, shoulders, and abs.:cheers:

I have went up in my weights in just about everything as if I were in a regular bulking mode....but I am actually in contest prep mode now so I can not complain!

Last week I did some d-bell rows, 110 for 10 I believe which was not too bad....this week I bumped it up to 120 and got 10 even easier than last week. Keep in mind these are "speed" d-bell rows and I am really focusing on speed and the 120 went up easy. :cheers:

I feel MUCH more in control of every rep... like the weight is lighter and I can feel each contraction...

ALSO... I had the most mind blowing pump today. Not painful at all... unlike ANY pump I have ever experienced from a product- My lats felt literally twice as wide and they were ROCK hard

Here's my update anyways. Strength still going up on most of the exercises...even on only 3k calories a day. I was losing weight pretty steady at 1.5-2 pounds a week and that was at 3400 cals a day. I lowered my cals and started the AP and have lost at most 1 pound in the past 12 days!

I expected just some quicker fat lose and my weight to still keep going down; I never expected to maintain weight at 3k cals a day!!

Should also note I am currently 226 and started cutting at 235 and 3,800 cals a day. At my current b/f I expected to be hovering at 218-220 right now so I feel like I will come into my show bigger than I expected....but time will tell....gets those shredded hams and glutes baby!:bb2:
 
Update:

I was out of the gym for 3 days because of a pinched nerve in my back... However, AP is still amazing me!

I have decided AP will be one of the main supps I run until and through the summer... If I can afford it, which I hopefully can work out. Money is hard to find for me these days- I'm either putting it towards college or spending 200 dollars a flight just to visit my gf :blink:

ANyways... The fact that I can eat way more carbs and feel them throughout my body is the coolest yet hardest effect to describe, especially my morning oatmeal :D

Also, LBM is up about 5 lbs in a month and fat is down a tiny bit... lifts are also at peak performance !!!

You guys have me really interested in this supp. I have not being using a lot of supplements lately though. I had laid off from the gym for a while lately. I even went off of my carb cycling diet. I gained so much fat, and was so out of shape, it was sad. Anyway I have been back on the diet and in the gym now for a few weeks and I am steadily losing my fat.....I read the write up about this supplement, however I don't really understand it as fully as I should I guess....I'm wondering if it would help me on my carb ups so I could eat a some extra carbs and maybe even some "junk" and not have to worry about it. Or maybe it will help even on the lower carb portion of the diet and help me lose the fat faster?....

Question do you think it would be better to go off AP when i got on vacation to an all inclusive resort. Or stay on AP while on vacation, and all you can eat buffets!!! OR go on DCP whilst on vacation to limit fat gain. Personally id like to stay on both as there will be lots of food and gym access, but then again all you can drink, a wedding, endless sun and food could be a bad combo. Thoughts? Im thinkin the DCP should come with me, what abou the AP? thanks in advance ziri.

P.S my vacation is 15 days!!

I think both if you can, might want to limit AP use if you plan on drinking but otherwise I don't see why not take advantage. Keeping in mind that it won't stop dietary fat like it does carbs.

Thats what i figured, im flying non stop so us customs should not be an issue this time like it was in mexico. Drinking would limit AP use for sure and dietary fats are avoided even on vacation. Im following your avy around, and your shoe laces are undone.
 
AP is still amazing me! I have lost more fat and gained more muscle over the past few months than ever before. My muscles are rock solid and I feel great!!! AP will definitely be in my basket consistently!
 
Has anyone stack Anabolic Pump with Thermo-life test booster
Thermo-life test booster seems to work well I wanted to add Anabolic pump as a booster shot to the test
I workout 3 -4 times a week during cardio twice a week before and after working out. My protein comes mostly from whole foods bake chicken, fish, and a little beef ground, and steak from time to time also eat wheat bread, brown rice, white / sweet potato
