Ideal AP dosing times?

I started running AP at twice a day since it was new to my body and hoping I could get a little bit more out of a bottle. I have been running one in the breakfast and one at dinner (my meals with the highest carbs beside PWO). Im going to be adding another doseage into the mix but what have you all found to be the most succesful times to dose AP. Thanks for all the help guys

Post workout, 15 minutes before your Post WO shake or meal.
Another option would be before your pre workout meal as AP will still be active in your system post workout but it is at it's most potent immediately after dosing so that is why I suggest post workout to really drive the nutrients into your muscles for recovery and growth while blocking fat gain associated with a rise in insulin levels.

do you have to cycle ap ?

No, AP can be taken indefinately. Doesn't need to be cycled.

I take it breakfast, PWO Meal, and dinner. These meals for me are spaced evenly apart. Has worked out well for me.

As long as you point your pinky up while drinking, that would be fine.

DEFINITELY POST-WORKOUT! That's when you body is primed for growth and you want to take your AP to cram all those muscle building nutrients into the muscles.
