Getting back to an actual question before I read something that will turn my off my tuna....
Is it necessary - or helpful - to adjust the amount of carbs one takes while using AP? To whit, I have the metabolism of a blast furnace and I consume carbs until I bleed from the ears, and I stay lean. If taking AP would I be able to reduce the amount of carbs I take in because more carbs will be shuttled to muscle tissue before it gets wiped out as heat? Or should I maintain my current intake (which keeps the directors of the local oats supply company in BMWs)?
