AP use in a low carb diet?

I am cutting for a competition and I am not consuming that many carbs right now, and they will only get less and less as the competition nears. How can I incorporate AP into my cutting? I know I can use for breakfast and PWO right now, but that may change in the coming weeks. What do you think?

As long as you don't go 0-carb, it should help get you into ketosis.. Easy thing: back off a dosage as you drop carbs.. If your only carb intake will be PWO for example, take it then.. If you do zero-carb it, don't take any AP.. Glucagon helps release glycogen stores when blood sugar is low in the absense of insulin.. Too low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can be bad.. M'kay?

What about utilizing Sesamin with Anabolic Pump?

I like to avoid any type of fat while making insulin receptors sensitive.. If one wanted, taking the AP 30mins prior to food intake, then the sesamin with food could possibly work..

OK, so I also take sesamin and Fish Oil with every meal...so should i just drop that when I take AP with my carb meals?

As long as you take the fats with your food, not at the same time with AP.. A good way to get fat? Take AP with a king-sized Whopper meal.. ;)

AP-> meal-> sesamin/fish oil

That's exactly how I did it during Saturday's refeed. Then I second guessed myself and was curious.

In theory AP is supposed to block triglyceride uptake in fat cells and even stimulate lipolysis. That is what really sets it apart from other insulin sensitizers. I can't be certain, but I would think Sesamin and fats would not be an issue. IMO

I would keep fats at around 10-20grams depending on the meal. Pre workout meal, I concentrate on Complex carbs and proteins with about 5 grams of fish oil. Post workout just a mix of complex carbs and a whey protein.

I typically get my post workout nutrition from whole foods that contain a small amount of fat. Does that pose a problem or do you suppose or is it more of a "if it is working don't worry about it, if your not seeing desired results switch it up?"
