I will give my personal review on a day's use come Saturday which shall be my next Carb-Up. :)

I'm quite optimistic...

Thanks again for your generosity Jacob.

I've got a big, big workout planned for tomorrow so I'll be able to give a full day's review in no time. :)

(why can't I speed up time. I'm anxious!!)

I loved your anxiety but then hated it..lol

Hey bros, considering some of the discussion on what type and how many carbs a guy needs to take with his AP is it feasible for an outstanding company to develop a complimentary product to the AP. Although, there are so many bright and forward thinking minds out there researching there could possibly something already in the works.
The reason I mention this is of course the hectic and busy lifestyle many of us leads making things work financially, family, and workouts it would be nice to see something take a little of the guess work out.
Would a blend of simple and complex carbs work in a powder form like a protein powder? However, I wonder if I would miss my spoon size Shredded Wheat packed in a baggy, hmm.

I just add oats to my protein shakes and that’s that. I also thought that a complex carbohydrate product would be cool because we have high glycemic carb products… I think WMS can take care of that, but if there’s anything superior to oats on the other side of the spectrum, I’d like to know. I ate some whole wheat pasta last night as my carb source and that helped me to feel pretty lean and mean.

The effects have been subtle so far, but I do feel pretty full (muscle wise) after taking AP. My recovery has been good and when I tested my bodyfat, the scale said that it dropped by 2%. I have calipers too and they say that I’ve dropped about 1%, but you have to consider subcutaneous water. A little bit more thirst and maybe more endurance than normal, but I need more time to be certain.

Anywho, been writing down all my stats and will continue to take note of my progress. I’m sure I’ll be back to say lots of good things if it keeps going this way :)

After using YG, I kinda bridged with berberine for about 2 wks. While I kept a nice pump, I stopped or slowed loosing BF by my estimation. After a couple days on Ap my stength is awesome. I'm still low carb and low cal but I just got back from the gym and was pushing the whole stack of plates on this butterfly/press contraption for the first time.:bb: I continue to be impressed.

Hey bros/Jacob, I certainly would not want to mislead anyone by stating the following, but I just got back from my first leg workout while using AP and normally this time of year kills me with my asthma. Usually I am really huffing and puffing, but today my respiratory/endurance was really nice. What I am saying is I had no trouble getting a deep breath. I know it is too early to make any hasty conclusions since it was only my first training on AP but I just felt I should share. Anyone experience similar results?

Been less than a week dosing 3 caps a day with Mass FX/Hyperdrol/Retain/XFactor... I started the other 20 days ago and just added in AP. I noticed I can eat more without being "bloated". I also noticed some nice pumps, but different than what I'm used to... we'll see what the next few weeks show!

sublimejeh, I also noticed a ferocious appetite and ability to carb up without getting bloat. And my carbs are predominantly obtained through oats, so even with the extra fiber I’m not bloating as bad as I would in the past. :)

I also salivate after taking AP, especially if I don’t have enough carbs. I won’t crave sweets or anything (in fact I’ve nearly completely abstained from sugar all together), but I have an unquenchable thirst for OATS and complex carbs.

New info---- AP+StimX dosed at the same time =:fool2:

USPlabs... is this because of the anti-oxidant properties?

I'm doing DNA and YG right now... Today was the first day I actually could barely squeak out my workout because the pump was so intense... felt like my arms were going to explode. I feel much "thicker" now and my muscles have a nice full feeling to them at almost all times of the day.

have you used DNA before YG?

Taking a stimulant with an anti-oxidant often amplifies the stim effects... I was wired after taking the two together

AP has anti-inflammatory properties. It could have cleared up your lungs.

Did you feel it in a week?

truthfully the only thing I noticed was slight muscle hardness, but the thing I really noticed was better sleep. I got the same amount of sleep, but the quality of sleep was/is much better.

Would I continue to use DNA..heck yes.. the sleep in itself has me sold. Normally I sleep like crap.

Great..not bad for a weeks use.

Using the original batch of YG, I can drop a percent or two of fat in just a few days changing absolutely nothing about my diet which is pretty lackluster. Muscles stay much more full even with fewer calories, less sleep and less frequency in the gym.

When things settle down for me, i'll definitely be using YG/AP to get back in the game.

I'm running a log over at "bb.com". I'm 10 days into it. Nothing negative to report. The positives. I'm up a little bit in weight yet I'm looking slightly leaner. Like others have reported, I don't get bloated after a high carb meal. I feel "fuller" in my back/chest/arms and the pumps have been great when I workout. I've eaten like crap the first 4 days of this log, because of New Years, etc., but it didn't show. I'm running this for 45 days and I'm hopeful I lean out a bit. Thumbs up thus far!

been on AP for about a week. loving it so far. pumps feel better, muscles look fuller, more energy during day, much better stamina at the gym. working out with my buddy the other day who has been lifting forever. we did the same routine and when we were done he said he was f***ing tired. i felt like i could go another hour. did put on about 3lbs after a week of it. still wondering if i should go with more simple carbs instead of complex though...

Stick with the complex carbs.

DO not be afraid to mix in some simple carbs. Postworkout I go 30/50...

Writing a nice article that will explain..

i do simple carbs for first meal when i wake up and also post-workout. thats about is except sometimes when i am unable to get my meals in on time due to work ect...then i will do some simple carbs but not much.

actually my post-workout is 70g dextrose and 30-40g whey.

ill be looking forward to that article.

In that case, I would do 30 simple and 40 complex..Why? AP has a nice half life so keeping CHO's long and steady is the best. SHove in the 30 grams of sugars and baseline out with the Complex...try it and thank me later..

Great pump, I noticed the best results after about a week, but after the second week things are better. I eat a cup of outs in milk or a cup of grape nuts 15 min after taking ap. Ready to try a cutting cyl, with a sleep aid. Any Idea!!
I would always crash after alot of carbs but know I feel even all day!!
