I need some advice?

I know some of u say why u posting this hear so I will answer that right of the bat. I feel some of the best posters post in the Usplabs forum and Ive gotten my best advice here. Ok, here is a little history and my problem. I work nights so obviously I sleep during the day. My sleep was great until I started my cutter/recomp. Im using stim x and chizled by xtreme formulations and Im taking powerfull and Ap from UspLabs. I am also adding DCP but it hasnt come yet. Only other supps Im using is a multi, protein shakes and sesathin. I now am not able too fall asleep as easy and when I do I only sleep four hours usually which is not enough for me and for someone who has too work all night. Any advice? im only taking one stimx upon rising so that should be worn off by the next morning and I only take 3 chizled spread out throughout the day but I cut it quite a bit early before going too sleep. Doing a cutter and being tired is not good. I need some advice boys. Should I get something from the doc or should I try something natural first?
 
Sounds like the stimulants are too much bro. I would cut those and then see how things go.
 
Ya, but Im taking the lowest possible dose of those and Im taking them early, no reason I shouldnt be able too sleep but I know what u are saying. I know its possible too recomp/cut without them but its harder. My diet is good, AP is the bomb but dang, I need all the help I can get. Its only been about a week since I started, maybe my body will adjust.
 
Powerfull! It makes me sleep quite well when taken about 30-40 minutes before going to bed.
 
I have been doing that but maybe it will take a little longer too get it built up in my system. I thought maybe adding a product like Rem would help but it looks like that was discontinued or its out or something.
 
How does your dosing protocol look like throughout the day/night and what hours are you going to sleep and waking up?
 
i work from 11 pm too 730 am. i usually like too lay down at 830 and get up at 330 or 4. i take one stim x upon rising and one chizled. I then take two chizled pre workout and then thats it and thats about 900
 
Stim X messes with my sleep, period. Doesn't matter when or how much I dose. Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) at 50mg an hour to an hour and a half before I want to sleep and BAM, out. REM R3G helps tons once I am asleep but doesn't seem to help me get there like Benadryl. Down side in Benadryl is it stimulates my appetite something fierce, not so good while on a restricted calorie diet. I have gotten to the point of only using stims on an infrequent basis to get me over a hump instead of making them a staple. They tend to make me burn out my CNS faster than without and my body is under enough stress as it is with lower cals and increased cardio. FWIW
 
The only reason I take stim x because it helps tremendously with my appetite control but I heard DCP does that as well so maybe when the dcp gets here I should drop the stim x?
 
Rem man, the stuff is a godsend, i'm cutting right now and still sleep like a baby, 4 Rem before bed and you'll have a nice deep sleep. Or if you've got alot of PowerFull do 4 caps before bed. Also i think the stim X is your problem, i've heard that stuff's effects last a LONGGGGGGGG time, i bet i'd have the same problem if i used it.
 
I was in a similar situation. I added sleep aids and was able to sleep while on HD Venom.

I used Valerian Root, Melatonin, Gaba and Camph and I slept pretty well.
