AP alternate dosing question

I know the recommended dosage is 1 cap 3 times per day. What if I were carb cycling a 3 day cycle- high,no,low. Would taking AP be effective with any carb meals I have while dieting, even if it is inconsistent?

I ask this because many supplements take a while to "kick in" and build up in your system... inconsistent dosing can basically be useless for many supplements... But then theres supps such as stims that you get effectiveness off of any and all times you dose.

Any input?

Good question and i wonder this myself as i have 2 bottles of AP i plan on using and i kinda carb cycle depending on workout days or whatnot. Also i have a high affinity for dosages, on the bottle is says do not go over 3 pills a day, would there be hard if i upped it to 4 or so? Sorry for the hijack bro!
 
4 caps would be fine but make sure your getting in enough carbs. And ya you can use it when carb cycling just make sure that you'll eat atleast 60g's of complex carbs after your dose of AP.
 
I know some may be wary of Carbs Sub, not sure if you are contained within that group, however AP will allow you to place carbohydrates where your previously would not. Even on your No-Carb day, implement a normal Pre/Post WO Nutrition schedule, dosing AP at each of those meals. This will allow for steady serum levels to continue, will only add to your workout, and SAT is not a concern.

I'm not wary of carbs at alllll, but I'm doing a serious cut for the summer starting march so I'm going to carb cycle.... I emailed ya my diet for the summer!

How long have you been taking AP for? I've been on it now for ... just shy of a week and although I'm stacking it with a large number of other supplements, I can feel it's effect on blood sugar levels and muscle fullness. I honestly feel you should give AP some time without carb cycling before you start your more advanced diet. Stacked with DCP, I feel that this is the key to override endo-type genetics. I really think that AP will make radical diets a thing of the past.
 
Use AP with all carb meals over 30grams.

Let me ask you a question, why are you carb cycling? What is the purpose behind it.

Basically to burn fat, Well AP causing fat oxidation and stops adipogenesis(fat replication). I AM NOT advocating to eat garbage but eat super clean bulk style. YOu wil be amazed.

You will always diet and experiement in our sport. The bueaty of our sport is LEARNING how and why! WIth AP, there is no reason to drop carbs and kill yourself.

For example, If you diet on 100grams of CHO, you should slowly increase the CHO intake by 50grams a week and find your point with AP. I would keep protein and fats constant.

Remember CHAPS is not normal and a real big guy. All our metabolisms are different. AP has thrown the supplement industry for a loop.

I totally agree, i'm using DCP with AP right now and being an Endo it's life changing to say the least.

I don't know what it is... It could be the fact that I can literally notice progress every day with the stack I'm on... or just too high of testosterone from the NHA... but I have a short fuse for people in general and I just want to workout, eat my food, grill, go to work (at the gym), outline new workout plans and supplement stacks, and browse what you guys are posting on Anabolicminds. I stayed in by myself on new years because I felt like it, I don't go out anymore, and sometimes when I'm working at the gym I'll catch myself giving a nasty stare at people who are bull****ting and slacking off. lol. I don't know. I have been waking up a few times during the night because I started Stim X, so maybe I'll just get my ass to the pharmacy and refill my ambien CR and use it til I'm done with Stim X. lol....

But yeah, the DCP and AP ... wow.

Use cAMPHIBOLIC instead of stim X. cAMPH is not a stimulant but its a great thermogenic and adding 200mg caffiene it becomes a great stimulant. If you like Stim X as MANY do, you should keep in the mix but use it earlier.

I'm using Camph with Stim X :run:
I've been on Camph for a while and worked my way up to 3 caps 3x per day. I don't really have trouble falling asleep... sometimes I just spend too much time late night on Anabolicminds, but I also get VERY anxious to wakeup and start cooking, eating and exercising.

Funny becuase since the inception of USPlabs, I have that anxiety to wake up and work! I love making products and interacting with my customer base.
