Start at 1 cap pre-supper and then raise dose to 2 when you feel ready. I too find it difficult to get to sleep with it if I jump the gun and use 2 caps pre-bed. cAMPHIBOLIC is something you must ease into, there's no other good way to do it.
I know this is somewhat OT, but I was wondering if there would be any reason to/not to add a nighttime dose of Camph to the ALRI Tri-lean stack? I'm already running the Tri-lean and I've got a bunch of Camphibolic sitting around from the various sales. Any thoughts?
I say overkill. I would save the cAMP for another day. Your already getting green tea in the special tactics and your body can only use a finite amount of adipose as fuel so I see no benefit of the forskolin or Bacopa Minnieri in conjunction with the kitchen sink in the Tri Lean. JMO
That's the thought process I was leaning toward also, I just wanted to see if anyone had a reason why it would be beneficial to stack them together. Thanks for the confirmation!
