1.) Any contraindications to alcohol consumption?

2.) High GI Vs. Low GI? Or is a combination better?

3.) I eat 5 meals plus 1 PWO shake daily, with every main meal being equal in macros (65g CHO, 60g PRO, 20g FAT)...would it be better to take a smaller dose of AP with every meal or just choose 3 meals during the day?

4.) What if I carb-load?

5.) I seem to recall someone saying about Cialabol that flexing muscles will increase benefits, same with AP?

Pumps have been insane with Cialabol...and they say AP is better! I don't think I can handle AP + Cialabol or AP + NO2...but I'm willing to try! Ya know, for science.

Is it recommended to take Anabolic Pump with Ala-based products?

Is it safe to take AP with TTA based products? Would this cause any adverse sides?

1.) I have no clue.

2.) Low GI in my experience, with maybe a bit of High GI.

3.) I would start by using it for 3 meals a day. If you find that you want to add more, add another dose.

4.) It would be great for a carb load.

5.)I don't know the answer to this.

Low GI throughout the day, some high GI post-workout. Do not forget to take GL into account, especially for your post-workout meal/shake.

If 1 cap AP = ~60g carbs
and the label explicitly states not to take more than 1 cap at a time, but I want to eat more than 60g carbs...

what is the best protocol for carb-loading?

Is this supplement able to be used if you are under 18?

My friend has diabetes, would he be able to use this product as well, since iit messes with insulin?

The diabetes question has already been answered.

The label says 18+. It is a SAFE supp. however.

60g is a ballpark MINIMUM requirement, it'll be good for more than that.

I feel, as well as many others that 60 grams is a good amount. However, I have eaten 100 or more on it and felt the same effects. I never needed to up the dose.
