I recommend everybody to read the write up (link at the top of the page). there is answer to some of the questions asked.

Usp seems to have been left by their reps... maybe they dont have time to sit on the net after they got their hands on AP

I'd imagine it would depend on a few factors but since this is supposed to make your body be more efficient it would be fine. However, he controls it trhoguh diet and not shots it would probably be safer but as anything like this i'd say talk to the personal doc first.

I know the bulk WAS available for a short time, will it again be available?

Also, what type of diet would you suggest if you're cutting and using AP? It seems obvious that high carb/high protein/low fat diet would make the most sense, but perhaps that's just common sense leading me the wrong way.

Thanks for great products USP... I'm gonna have to find my wallet again methinks......

AP is obviously great for body recomp, BUT would it be more beneficial to use during a mass building phase or a cutting phase? i can see arguements for both scenarios but i would speculate that its moree effeciant to use in a caloric surplus. however, im sure it would accelerate fat loss in a negative energy balance as well.

aparently generasupplements is working out a deal with usp to have all thier sups in bulk. which is good for me, i like the way ap taste.

40/40/20 should be fine, i belive that chaps recomended that in the q&a thread in the synergy forum.

Say instead of a true post-workout shake, I take carbs/eaa during the workout. Would AP be best utilized to take 15 mins before I start drinking the carbs/eaa, or would you suggest stick to the dosing 3 meals with carbs?

yeah they where liquidating inventory due to the split between jacob and d, which is why nutraplanet was selling all of it at a cheap price... ap/yg was sold briefly at nutra in a bulk powder form, but generasupplements is trying to work out a deal to carry the whole usp brand as bulk supplements.

i do something similar so ill take AP before my preworkout meal about 1.5 hours before training but do not include it directly before training. my fear is that ill feel too lethargic since im slowly consuming the carbs/EAA's throughout the workout. and jacob mentioned that he expects the half life to be around 8 hours although this is an estimate so taken a couple hours before should still provide some benefit.

You don't mention if this product would "stack" well with creatine in your write-up. That would seem to be a natural question for your intended audience (and you answered here in the AM forums).

I have noticed I "dry out" if i dont drink massive amounts of water when using yellow Gold, since water is used to help transport the carbs to your muscle , is there a specific amount of water you need to take in close to dosage times, and would it be calculated by the amount of carbs you are eating, or your bodyweight?

I feel a slight pump almost 24/7 on 2-3 caps(500mgs) of yellow gold per day. I also notice more definition in my midsection. it also seems like my tendons feel much better. I also havent experienced any negative side effects despite what I eat after dosing. This is a great supplement and AP is supposed to be better so I will be trying that out. I have three questions about AP.
1)How much better will AP be than yellow gold?
2)what is the half life? how long will a single dose work?
3)can you explain any reason for tendons feeling better? this has a greater affect than cissus for me.
