Simple carbs : Complex Carbs, Waxy Maize starch and Yellow GOld

Ok Ive been reading alot of logs here. I noticed some people get lethargic when talking YP with Simple carbs and not with complex carbs. Others dont see any diff.

My post workout drink immed after my lift is about 50 grams of WMS with leucine and cee in water.

Can i take the YG before hand then follow it with this.

and should I avoid the fruit and what not with YG.

Im new the whole carb deal. but after reading so much i also have seen anything with WMS

Combined postworkout with WMS is fine. After a workout, you take in WMS or other forms of simple carbs and they get shoved into muscle cells and if much are taken into fat cells. A common symptom of Simple carbs post workout is Lethargy from all the glucose update.

Anabolic PumP forces all the glucose into muscle cells while blocking fat cells. THis is a great thing but the fast force feeding of sugars will cause lethargy or slight Hypo symptoms.

The complex carb is a slow steady release of CHO into muscle cells.

I like to get alteast 15grams of sugar with my Anabolic Pump. Remember, AP is very new. We never seen anything like it in the industry so we must play with carb ratios. But so far, I like to mix a little sugar with my Anabolic Pump.

so say before my meal righ tnight. ( i have to try this now lol ) I mixed some table sugar my 1/4 teaspoon of YG and a shot of water mix it down and then eat a meal ( for me its protein and oats ) does this sound about right

3 doses on workoutdays 1 pre 1 post 2 on off days
