PowerFULL Extract Solidified in Capsule

I bought a bunch of PowerFULL, and in the most recent bottle I opened the contents of the capsules seem to have solidified into a tar-like substance. It rattles around inside the caps. Usually its just powder. Are they still good? Anyone else have this happen?

mine has always been powder.

I think I'd send it back.

I had this happen with a bottle of REM i bought. I took it and it still worked.

The extact is fine, still perfectly effective. Saponins, and many other herbs for that matter have a habit of solidifying after extended periods of storage.
