Duration: Approx. 21 Days (as of today)

-Sleep: Powerfull, since day 3, has given me very deep sleep. I haven't been as jumpy as usual (I'm a light sleeper.) I also fall asleep earlier, and feel more tired in the morning when I wake up. I really like this.

-Appetite: I feel hungry more often. I've read that PFULL causes people to have less of an appetite but I've felt the opposite.

-Strength: I haven't felt *alot* stronger on this, but it's there. I do feel more endurance, energy and 'positive aggression' in the gym.

-Mood: Elevated, if any.

-Recovery: Extremely good. I'm not as sore as usual, and I feel inclined for more weight.

-Libido: I'm more horny, plain and simple. It comes and goes, but when it comes, woah baby.

-Overall: Overall this supplement is very good. It doesn't have a stimulant effect so I can take it before bed. But when I take it before my workout, it gives me energy. It seems to take your mood (sleepy, horny, energetic, hungry) and magnifies it. Which is great, because I want MORE MORE MORE. This product is worth a try if you are looking for a natural boost.

Thanks for the GREAT TIP!! :goodpost: I`ll keep that in mind. Since NP is still having that sale, i`m actually thinking of getting a few more bottles to stock up. :D

would it be ok to take symmetry with a protein shake as your first meal ?

What happened to Powerfull 20-30 min before exercise?! I thought it should be taken before exercise and not after!

Please correct me if I am wrong..
