Ok 5 days in 3 doses per day. So far so good took until day 3 before I noticed anything. Other than the taste easy to deal with. I have been combining the dose with a high carb meal, I eat fairly clean, oatmeal and a protein drink in the am, midmorning protein drink, usually a salmon salad sandwhich on good bread or nat peanut butter. Snacks are generally cottage cheese or just peanut buter by the spoonfull. I have been on a slightly caloric deficiet diet recently due to an ongoing project remodeling my house while we live in it.
I actually don't get to the gym really at all anymore. I don't lift weights but I work my ass off. Lots of heavy lifting and long endurance type activities. Winter is filled with riding riding riding, Snowmachines that is I ride freestyle so lots and lots of whole body workload. The snow is almost here.
I am 5'9'' about 185 bf about 12 % I will try and get some pics up soon.
what I have noticed is that all day pumped feeling, endurance is up, I have seen an increase in resting vascularity and deeper cuts in my deltoids after work yesterday my back was swole and I wished I could have found my tripod would have been a good rear double bicep shot. thats all for now
