Got rem3g or however you write it. Not only did it keep me awake for atleast an hour or two (and I don't have sleep issues I was just looking to be able to be more recovered with less sleep) but also once I fell asleep I couldn't stay asleep and woke up every half an hour. Had horrible dreams for the little sleep I did get too.

I have a basically full bottle I would rather throw away then consider using. It cost me 3-4 nights sleep the few times I tried it.

The first couple nights I used it it didn't really do anything for me I could probably say that I slept worse. After those first couple nights though it was the bomb for me. I would wake up 1x a night and have crazy dreams the whole time.

Many people experience a couple day "breaking in" period with REM.....after which the effects are golden. I'd suggest that you try taking it for a couple days in a row per the instructions.

Considering I am in between jobs I can finally afford to do this but before this is seriously cost me a few nights sleep whenever I used it.

On the other hand if you want I'll take that full bottle of REM off of your hands.

Relating all the above to what you said I'd also ask: Where those nights all in a row? Like everyone said this is something most have to use continuously for it to work. Also, what is your dosage? I remember there were actually two recommended dosages on my bottle, 3 and 4 caps respectively. I get by just fine on two per night though, and I love the dreams. It's important to remember also that as with other "herbs" your state of mind going into this can affect the outcome. When I take REM and I'm wired I do not get sleepy. I just get a little spacy but remain wired. You have to be ready for sleep.

Regarding dreams, last night I was being hunted down by the cops because I joined a cult that required me to stab someone in the head as an initiation. Somehow the cops couldn't find me even though I was home and they busted the rest of the cult. The ghost of the guy I killed, who was buried in my backyard, was in the house haunting me.

Now I guess others might find that disturbing. But I LOVE horror movies and I've always had odd and disturbing dreams. This **** is like a free horror matinee in my head almost every night. I ****ing love it. God forbid they ever stop making it I'm tracking USP down and using GWB methods to get the recipe out of him. Best supplement in years in my opinion. Best since creatine. His Cialabol is pretty amazing too. My muscles are like ****ing rocks right now they're so stuffed with glycogen. I'm keeping my own private log of this, will see if it's worth editing and posting when I'm done. I'm no good with as you go logs on the web.

Plus, if you watch a porno as your drifting off to sleep that can influence the subject matter of the dreams too. Keep it soft core or you'll stay awake.

All that aside, try the above suggestions. Herbals can be finicky on the dose per user, try lowering it like I did. Use consistently for a week. If you're a positive responder you will not regret it.

My first M1t experience gave me some seriously messed up dreams. I dreaded going to sleep some nights. Have you guys tried some pgh for sleep? It worked well for me. Nice deep restful sleep. But the effects seem to wane after a couple of weeks.

I'm totally with you on this, REM dreams are like watching a movie while you sleep.

And what is this soft core porn you speak of?

Yeah, first night on rem i couldn't fall asleep at 4pills. I dropped it down to 2 pills and i feel awesome in the morning. I guess a helicopter was right over the house beside us in the night and I never heard a thing.

I have some powerfull to try I hear it works well to give you great sleep as well.

Start off with only 2 caps a night and are you using any stimulants n such? It's not a miracle but it does work very well, dose at 2 caps every night for a couple days then slowly work up to 4 caps. Most people need a breaking in perdiod like described before, those who just start off with 4 caps have found it hard to get to sleep for some reason.

USP told me I could take them together BUT to not double dose. In other words, swap out some of one for the other (ex. 3 REM and 1 PowerFULL).

That sounds like something I will do. Have you noticed fat loss with the cAMP?
Yeah and from the REM also (I've run it solo before). With cAMP its like a steady recomping effect.

REALLY? I need to try the camph

Oh geez, why dont you just buy part of the company chaps? LOL jk bro camph is some good **** too, i love the stuff before my workouts.

On the statements about rem, the first couple of nights i used it i was like wow, my sleep hasnt really changed, after that my sleep continued to improve. Its usualy very hard for me to get up early and my new job requires me to get up at 6:30 everyday and its not a problem at all anymore, the wild dreams arent there for me for some reason but the sleep is restfull. On the old powerfull version the dreams were wicked and scary, ever since i hopped off the old version , the new version of powerfull and rem just dont give me the dreams, the sleep is great though.

I wonder if u can take it with Ambien :)
I was going to try that but figured it might be a bit too much. However, this weekend coming if I've got the ambien I'll give it a run if everyone wants to know the results.

hahahah be careful bro. however if nothings stopping you hell yeah post em.

Ive had insomnia for 4 years, I would be up till 6 30 am every day when I was at my worst. I tried everything, melatonin, lunesta, ambien cr, muscle relaxers, valarion root, zma, NOTHING worked until my doc gave me 10 Mg Ambien. However my insurance only covers it every 3 months so its really really sucks when I run out.

I just ordered some REM hoping that might do somthing

Shaky Start

So I just got my Rem last Wed. The 15th. I took 4 caps and had a HORRIBLE nights sleep. Woke up ALOT and it just wasnt fun.

Tried it again with 4 caps last night and it was really weird. I got tired in about 45 minutes however it was 3 30 in the morning so It could of just been that. I laid down and passed out but had one of those dreams that u keep worrying about some however I dont remember what I was worrying about today. I woke up at SIX am and felt refreshed, but I had only gotten like 2 hours asleep. I made myself go back to sleep and just woke up about 30 minutes ago, 130 pm.

Geese... I thought this was suppose to be a sleep aid

Starting with the maximum reccomended dosage of any product usually is not the most best idea. Try bumping down to 2 caps before bed and see if you can ease into it a little more. It also depends what you are looking for out of the product. It is a sleep aid in the sense it helps you to achieve a more deep, restful sleep, hence the name REM. It is not a sleep aid in the sense that 10 minutes after you take it you will fall asleep.

Take it consistently for a couple days. REM has a "breaking in" period for many people (including myself). Once you get through it, you realize all the benefits.

I agree with this. First few days might not be what you expect from it but after that period its effects are apparent.

Yeah, given the feedback ill kept on it. Does anyone know the reason "chemically/biological" why the supplement needs a breaking in period?

huh.... thanks!

The release of dopamine can trigger high blood pressure? Does anyone think this could be a issue to worry about from REM
Not unless one has a pre-existing problem.
