First thing I do when my eyelids open in the morning is not cuddle with my Girl but with my supplements (glad she does not visit the forum...yikes).

8 am
--2 cAMPH with 200mg caffeine with an additional 300mg Green tea with a HIGH EGCG concentration (In the morning, you have free fatty acids floating in the blood stream. You can either burn them or let them redeposit). The cAMPHIBOLIC will increase thyroid out put and cause an additional release of Fatty acids from the cell. The green tea will salvage glycogen and switch fuel to fat.

--3 REM..YES REM! 1-C is a strong GH booster. You will not fall asleep during cardio

--2 cissus to combat early morning cortisol

8:20
5-10 grams luecine in theory should cause a rise in IGF-1 concentration.

8:30
30-45 minutes of low intensity cardio (3-5% incline at 3.5-4 miles per hour).

9:00-9:15
Shower

9:30
Shake

THis is very brief and in THEORY but worked wonders for most of my clients and myself. Results are dependant on overall nutrition, exercise program, and sleep.

take care

What if someone is on T3? Do you recommend they take the T3 before they do the cardio or no? I like it tho, the KISS theory, keep it super simple with all the details and what not.

Are you on "anabolics" with the t3?

To be honest, I would still take cAMPH to stimulate fatty acid release and with the additional t-3 would be beneficial.

forgot to mention that I cycle 2 weeks of ephedrine at 12.5mg while keeping the cAMPH constant with morning carido.

Cissus is also used for to strengthen tendons/ligaments while blunting cortisol and providing a small anabolic response. I also take 2 cissus after the cardio with shake.

Also VERY important and often overlooked. During morning cardio I focus on perfect posture (no leaning forward) and deep breathing...it becomes meditation and you will start to love cardio in this manner..atleast I do.

I go into total zombie mode on the treadmill and forget i'm moving, lol. And it must be nice to have all those USP labs supps at your finger trips. I'll be trying out Rem soon, i wanna see if it can help me sleep while on tren. Also you mentioned clients, are you a personal trainer?

I have a degree in nutrition and worked out for over 10 years so I tested many theories and concepts. I am not a personal trainer, but I do give out personal advice.

Most important is to take the T3 on an empty stomach with a little water only. The T3 will be almost completely absorbed within ~4hrs and has a halflife of ~2.5 days. Taking before cardio is not a factor IMO. I split dose roughly 12 hrs apart to try and keep levels consistant. :) Hope I made sense there, I am tired.

im going to re add a few hundred mg's again.one antiox u cant get enough of.
