Symmetry...

I've been looking for a write up on Symmetry and what exactly it is supposed to do. I've done a search but haven't seeing anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
 
It's the part of cissus that has the anabolic properties basically extracted and amplified. Basically it's supposed to help you gain LBM
 
Cool okay thanks... I was thinking whats the use of this then.. but I guess its soo one can cut back on the amount of caps swallowed...

If megadosing cissus (in order not to have to get symmetry aswell) What would be the best thing to stack with it... anagen??

Sidenote: I'd go Cissus with PowerFULL, plus creatine. You'll hear that suggestion many times. My favorite pre-workout stack.
Anagen would be an interesting inclusion, and would probably only add to the results. Might be interesting to stagger them into your regimen, so you can experience/know which are working, and see what synergistic effects they offer when combined.

Megadosing cissus has strong anti-catabolic effects- the ketosterones in Symmetry compete w/ glucocorticoids for receptor sites, blocking the catabolic action of cortisol.

I would cycle the Symmetry by itself for 4-5 weeks @ 8 caps a day (the dosage is body weight dependent, 8 caps would work great for someone who weighs 180-200). After week 4, I would add in Powerfull and creatine, and stop the Symmetry. I would then run the Powerfull (8-9 capsules daily for someone who is 180-200 lbs.) and CEE (3g/day) for 4-5 weeks, and then jump back on the Symmetry, and keep repeating that cycle.

This, along w/ good diet and training, will yield some very good results!!

Shoot Lanbane- I did not even see your post- I agree, you could also stack those three together as well- it IS an awesome combo!!! Hell- you know our products just as well as I do:)
 
D@Usplabs - you have me a little confused on the first part... is it not good to megadose cissus??


I do sort of understand though that the both add extra so they are different... when running cissus with symmetry.. you just do regular doses... correct?? No megadose...


I really like that idea of running symmetry then powerfull.. Why not run the symmetry and powerfull along with the cissus... isn't symmetry specifically supposed to be even better with cissus??

Exactly. The deliberately extracted analogue HYDROXLY4. Which if I am not mistaken is actually 4 anabolic Ketones extracted and concentrated from Cissus Quadrangularis. Then our homie Thadigaddalu..

But thanks for clearing that up anyway Lanbane...I was quite confused

So would it be redundant to run Cissus/Powerfull/Symmetry all at the same time?

Edit: I know that Cissus has a broad range of ketones that are beneficial and per your last post, Symmetry is a specialized extract of select ketones but the stack suggested did not include Cissus. I guess what I'm asking is whether a Cissus/Powerfull then cycle to Cissus/Symmetry, or vice-versa, would be more beneficial that running all three together?

Also, how would one incorporate REM-R3G and cAMPHIBOLIC to a stack? Can they both be taken pre-bedtime in addition to PowerFULL? Or would they conflict with one another?

For anabolic purposes
2 caps cisssus/1 cap symmetry 10 minutes before eating (max of 8 cisss and 6 symmetry per day anything above may be a waste of money)

4 powerFULL 30 minutes before workout stacked with 2 cAMPH with 200mg caffiene(if you like caffiene).

2 REM-2 powerfull-2 cAMPH before hitting the ZZZZ(bedtime)

Do you do early morning cardio? I have a great protocol.

No- you can take all three at once, but I prefer to cycle on and off products for 5-6 weeks. Your dosing/cycling protocol looks great!!

Megadosing cissus is perfectly fine- the ketosterones in cissus are responsible for the anti-catabolic effects. There is a compound in Symmetry that is anabolic in addition to the anti-catabolic action, that is why it is different from just regular cissus.

You can take Symmetry and Creatine together, but it will not work as well as the Powerfull/Creatine stack.

I agree. You should try the stacks seperate to form your own conclusion on which is best.

I am a huge fan of Symmetry/cissus because it stimulates collagen II synthesis meaning the possibility of new tendon and ligament growth and increased strength.

Tendon and ligament health is paramount for any athlete. Bodybuilding becomes repetitive and strains tendons and ligaments. Most athletic careers end with tendon/ligament injuries.

From real world feedback bodybuilders who ceased bench, squat or shoulder exercises for years due to pain. THey regained the ability to work those exercises again because of Cissus.

Cissus is by far the better supplement in my opinion. I would stay on Cissus at low dose for 6 months or longer. Healing or building collagen is not a overnight process.

At around week 2 of CIssus/symmetry, you will feel the real anabolic results. I conducted some logs at BN.com with cissus/symmerty and the results where VERY ANABOLIC.

You get theraphy with anabolism!!!


Ps--We been studying cissus at university level in india and there is more behind cissus than the keto content. Stay tuned!

The stack I was currently taking was each day Symmetry split 4/4, Cissus split 3/3/3, Powerfull 2/3/3. I'll rework my dosages per your recommendations.

Edit: I don't do morning cardio...only afternoon workouts. I should start morning cardio though.
