Beta C Dosing

One of the ingredients is CEE, if I recall correctly that has been established.

First dose in the AM empty stomach, that makes sense.
But why the second dose with a meal?

Im aware that many anti estro products call for concurrent fat intake for optimal absoption, but concurrently fat seems to inhibit creatine absorption.

If this has already been answered, I apologize, couldnt find it.

BTW just started my testing today, will update every few days.

Take every dose 15 minutes before eating, you should not take the product and wait longer than 15 minutes to eat..

Note: I am retired from USPlabs. my advice is consumer to consumer.
 
D or anyone,

I am just now getting around to beginning the beta C use. Is there any different protocol you'd like followed now that you have some input on the product from others?

The second dose is meant to be w/ the post-workout meal in order to increase absorption of simple sugars (glucose) and protein. The optimal post-workout meal should consist of:

Immediately after workout:
Protein 40g (preferably some sort of whey- it has insulogenic properties)
simple sugars (dextrose or sucrose) 80-150g
