Rivet’s: USPLabs Beta: insulin mimicking/A.I/Serm like/Creatine Log

Height: 6.0
Weight: 188lbs
Creatine use: NON RESPONDER to Mono, DI, CEE
Waist: 34 inches
Daily Caloric intake: according to Fitday = 3000cals. Use whole foods at 6 meals at day, regard shakes more as a treat and not very often during a week (or longer). When I keep my cals around this level I can gain nice and slow without putting on fat and even losing some.
Training Style: TUT
Split: Mon: Chest/Bi
Tues: Legs/Lower Back
Wed: OFF
Thur: Back/Tris
Friday: Shoulders/Traps
Will note any differences noticed from the product. Sadly I don’t expect it to be able work on me like most supplements that seem to work great for everyone here. Ive tried almost every creatine out there and have gotten nothing bad or good from them. If this does pan out a portion of my paycheck will be going straight to USPlabs.
I will start this Log as of Thursday the 27th using 2 caps 15mins before breakfast and
2 more caps 15mins before my post workout meal.
